Role Description This is a full-time role for a Property Manager located in Stow-cum-Quy, Cambridge. The Property Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our clients' rental properties. Key day-to-day tasks will include managing tenant enquiries, organising repairs and maintenance, conducting property inspections and dealing with rent reviews and end of tenancy check outs/deposit negotiations. Qualifications
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Knowledge of property management and maintenance
- Understanding of tenancy law and regulations
- Proficiency in IT systems and software
- Experience with property management software and databases is a plus
