About the job
Infrastructure Engineer & IT Suport Analyst Infrastructure projects and some Support duties Opportunity to join a UK company who are leaders in the travel sector. Work includes:
- Infrastructure support and management with O365, Entra ID (Azure AD), Active Directory, Intune
- Networking Routers, Firewalls, WiFi and connected devices
- 1st & 2nd line desktop support
- Management of 3rd party suppliers Growth opportunities within the role include
- Azure DevOps (gain AZ 900 and upwards)
- Applications Support (Gain skills with SQL and more)
- Leadership of Junior
- Lead projects delivering high business impact Skills and experience required:
- Strong skills with O365, Entra ID
- Mid level+ Networking skills with Routers (e.g CISCO), worked with TCP/IP services etc
- Experience with Active Directory (does not need to be current)
- Confidence to manage 3rd parties (e.g outsource support services)
- User Support friendly
