About The Role We are seeking a talented UX/UI Designer to join our dynamic team at Webxcell. In this role, you will be responsible for designing intuitive, aesthetically pleasing, and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications. You will work closely with developers, project managers, and clients to translate concepts and requirements into compelling visual designs. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail, a passion for user experience, and the ability to balance functionality with visual appeal. Qualifications The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field. Proven experience of 3+ years in UX/UI design, particularly for web and mobile platforms, is essential. Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD is required. A strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design projects, wireframes, prototypes, and visual design skills is necessary. Familiarity with front-end development languages like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus. Excellent communication skills, the ability to work collaboratively, and a keen eye for detail are also important attributes for this role. Responsibilities
