Test Team Lead

Electronics Test Team Lead Permanent | Full Time | £75k+ | UK A leading technology business is looking for an experienced Test Team Lead to lead a specialist engineering team responsible for the verification, testing and automation of complex electronic products. This is a hands-on leadership role, combining technical responsibility, people management and engineering delivery. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of electronics and test engineers.
• Define verification strategies, test plans and coverage.
• Drive the development of automated test solutions using Python.
• Lead technical investigations and root-cause analysis.
• Oversee verification, validation, characterisation and regression testing.
• Manage resources, priorities and technical risks.
• Work closely with Design, Systems, Manufacturing and Quality teams.
• Provide technical leadership, coaching and mentoring. About You
• Experience leading technical engineering teams.
• Strong electronics and/or RF test and verification experience.
• Experience developing automated test solutions using Python.
• Familiarity with industry-standard electronic and RF test equipment.
