Project - Based QA - Browser Test Validation
at Expert Remote JobsPROJECT-BASED OPPORTUNITY | $30–$60/HR | REMOTE QA JOBS If you have experience in QA, software engineering, SDET, or test automation, this could be an opportunity worth taking seriously. A new project-based remote opportunity is looking for experienced professionals to review browser-based testing workflows used to evaluate AI-generated web applications. The work focuses on something increasingly important in modern software development: making sure automated browser tests are reliable, reproducible, and capable of producing clear pass/fail results. This is not a traditional full-time position. It is structured as an independent contractor project, allowing qualified professionals to work remotely and manage their schedules around the project requirements. Project Details Position: QA / Software Engineering Reviewer – Browser Test Validation Work Type: Project-Based / Independent Contractor Work Arrangement: Fully Remote Compensation: $30–$60 per hour Schedule: Flexible / Self-Managed Experience: 3+ years in QA, Software Engineering, SDET, or Test Automation Focus: Browser Testing, Automated Testing, Web Applications, Test Validation The project involves reviewing browser-based evaluation workflows designed for AI-generated web applications. Your role is to determine whether these tests are technically reliable enough to be used as evaluation benchmarks. What Will You Work On? The project is primarily focused on reviewing and validating browser-based tests. You may be asked to examine whether a testing workflow can actually be executed reliably and whether the final result provides an unambiguous pass or fail outcome. Key Responsibilities Include Reviewing Browser Test Workflows You will review browser-based testing scenarios involving modern web applications. The objective is to determine whether the workflow accurately tests the intended functionality. Checking Test Reliability A test should not randomly pass or fail because of timing issues, environmental differences, or hidden dependencies. You will evaluate whether the browser interactions are technically feasible and reliable. Validating Test Isolation Test isolation is critical when building reliable automated evaluation systems. You May Review
- Fixtures
- Setup procedures
- Test environments
- Execution flows
- Dependencies
- State management
- Browser interactions The goal is to ensure that one test does not unintentionally affect another. Evaluating Assertions A good automated test should provide a clear result. You Will Examine Whether Assertions Are
- Deterministic
- Unambiguous
- Technically valid
- Reproducible
- Capable of producing a reliable pass/fail outcome Identifying Flaky Tests Flaky tests can create misleading evaluation results. You May Need To Identify Problems Such As
- Timing dependencies
- Unstable selectors
- Unexpected application state
- Hidden environmental dependencies
- Race conditions
- Inconsistent test setup
- Ambiguous validation logic Providing Technical Feedback Reviews will be performed according to structured project rubrics. Your feedback should clearly explain whether a test is technically sound and, when necessary, what needs to be improved. Who Is This Project For? This opportunity may be particularly suitable for professionals with backgrounds in:
- QA Engineering
- Software Engineering
- SDET
- Test Automation
- Software Quality Engineering
- Automated UI Testing
- End-to-End Testing You should have at least 3 years of relevant professional experience. Experience working with modern web applications is especially valuable. Browser Automation Experience Knowledge of browser automation frameworks is important for this project. Relevant Experience May Include
- Playwright
- Cypress
- Selenium
- Other browser automation frameworks You should understand how automated browser tests interact with real web applications rather than simply knowing how to execute an existing test suite. Understanding the difference between a test that runs and a test that produces a trustworthy evaluation result is particularly important. Skills That Can Make You Stand Out Strong Candidates Are Likely To Have Practical Experience With Test Automation Understanding how automated UI and end-to-end tests are designed, executed, and maintained. Test Isolation Knowing how fixtures, setup, teardown, state, and dependencies can affect test results. Debugging Being able to investigate why a browser test behaves inconsistently or produces unexpected results. Baca Juga

Web Application Testing Experience testing modern websites and web applications is highly relevant. Attention to Detail Small issues in selectors, timing, state management, or assertions can completely change the reliability of an automated test. Why Project-Based Work Is Interesting Project-based opportunities can be attractive to experienced technology professionals who don't necessarily want another traditional full-time position. Instead of committing to a permanent role, you can participate in a specific project where your existing technical expertise is directly applied. For QA and software engineering professionals, this type of work can also provide exposure to emerging areas such as AI-generated software, automated evaluation, and benchmark development. The project can potentially be completed remotely and on your own schedule, subject to the project's requirements. Projects may also be extended, shortened, or concluded depending on project needs and performance. A Growing Area: QA for AI-Generated Software Software development is changing rapidly. AI systems can now generate websites, applications, components, and even testing workflows. But generated software still needs to be evaluated. This creates an important role for experienced QA and software engineering professionals. The Challenge Is No Longer Simply "Does the application work?" It Is Increasingly "Can we reliably prove whether the application works?" That distinction makes test validation increasingly important. A poorly designed automated test can produce a false positive or false negative. When those tests are used to evaluate AI-generated applications, unreliable tests can also lead to unreliable AI benchmarks. That is why experienced human reviewers remain valuable. Important: This Is a Project-Based Contract Before applying, understand the working arrangement. This is an independent contractor opportunity, rather than a conventional permanent employee position. The Project Is
- Fully remote
- Flexible in scheduling
- Project-based
- Paid according to services rendered
- Potentially extendable depending on project requirements Payments are made weekly through supported payment platforms. Applicants should also carefully review the eligibility requirements before registering. How to Apply If your background matches QA engineering, software engineering, SDET, or test automation, this project may be worth exploring sooner rather than later. Opportunities like this can attract professionals with experience in automated testing, particularly those who understand Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, test isolation, fixtures, reproducibility, and end-to-end testing. Registration Link Apply / Register Here Replace the placeholder above with your registration or application URL. Quick Checklist Before Registering Make Sure You Can Demonstrate
