IAM Support Lead

Title – Support Team Lead - Identity & Access Management (IAM) Location: Preference is Leeds or Halifax, followed by Manchester - (Hybrid- 2 days' work from office) Duration: 6-12 Months Rate: 380 GBP/Day Inside IR35 Strong IAM, access management, SailPoint, CyberArk, and operational support experience

• Managing support teams and day-to-day operations
• Queue management and workload prioritization
• Work allocation and delivery tracking against SLAs
• Escalation management across multiple teams
• Resource planning and workload balancing
• Operational reporting, backlog management, and service improvement initiatives
• Stakeholder management in a Team Lead capacity As this role is primarily focused on operational leadership and support team management, we need a candidate who can demonstrate both technical IAM expertise and proven experience leading support operations and service delivery Required Experience
• Experience leading or coordinating a technical support, service desk, application support, or operational support function.
• Strong incident, request, and problem management skills.
• Experience managing support queues, assigning work, and tracking delivery against service levels.
• Knowledge of ITIL service management practices.
• Excellent organisational, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Exposure to Identity and Access Management platforms such as SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) or SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) would be beneficial but is not essential. This role is primarily focused on operational leadership and service management rather than deep technical administration of the SailPoint platform.
