About The Role Quant Capital is actively seeking a talented Javascript Developer with expertise in Node.js to join its expanding technology team. As part of this role, you will be instrumental in building a next-generation ecommerce platform that is fast, reliable, and scalable, utilizing open source technologies and modern development practices. This position offers a permanent contract with a competitive salary up to 55,000 GBP plus a 10% performance bonus, along with comprehensive benefits. Qualifications

• Solid experience in Javascript development, with a strong emphasis on Node.js.
• Proficiency in deploying and scaling applications in cloud environments.
• Experience with full-stack development, with a focus on backend and middleware components.
• Interest in emerging technologies and an open-minded approach to adopting new tools and frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with open source database technologies such as MySQL, and exposure to NoSQL databases like Redis, MongoDB, and CouchDB.
• Familiarity with continuous integration and deployment pipelines.
• Strong understanding of web services, RESTful APIs, and integration techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Relevant educational background in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields is preferred. Responsibilities
