Maintenance Engineer

Maintenance Engineer (4 on 4 off days only) Location: Nettleton, Lincolnshire Salary: £50,000 Were working with a well established business thats looking to add a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to their site in Nettleton. This is a hands on role within a busy production environment, where youll play a key part in keeping machinery running smoothly and minimising downtime. Benefits

• Additional wellbeing and lifestyle benefits The role Youll be responsible for both reactive and planned maintenance across site, working on a range of equipment and continuously looking for ways to improve reliability. Day to day, youll be:
• Responding to breakdowns and carrying out repairs
• Completing planned preventative maintenance
• Keeping accurate maintenance records
• Identifying recurring issues and improving equipment performance
• Making sure everything is kept audit-ready What we're looking for
• Previous experience in a multi-skilled engineering role
• Solid Mechanical and Electrical knowledge
