Finance Manager

Our client is a reputable APAC marketing agency with a decade-long track record, headquartered in Hong Kong with regional offices across the APAC region. As Finance Manager, open for Senior Finance Manager, you will report directly to the Company management and partner with the wider leadership team to safeguard the company's financial health. In this role, you will guide strategic decisions, manage risk, and oversee budgeting, accounting, and financial reporting. Additionally, you will lead a team of accountants and manage daily accounting operations. Responsibilities:

• Partner with the Co-founder on financial planning, cash flow monitoring, performance metric analysis, and financial regulatory compliance.
• Supervise accountants, manage daily accounting operations (AP, AR), and mentor finance team members to support their growth.
• Drive process enhancements, ensure timely payments, and establish credit control guidelines for sales and accounting teams as Business Partner.
• Manage external CPA firms, ensuring strict adherence to accounting standards, local tax laws across entities, internal policies, and regulatory reporting requirements.
• Lead annual audit processes for Hong Kong, Malaysia, Taiwan, and other expansion regions as needed.
• Partner with leadership team to evaluate project ROI, track operational KPIs, and identify cost-saving opportunities and reduce mannual works. Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.
• Minimum 5 years of full-set accounting experience with a professional CPA qualification, along with proven people management and process improvement track records.
• Early career experience in Big 4 or mid-tier audit firms combined with commercial experience is strongly preferred.
• Hands-on experience with accounting or any ERP systems; exposure to system implementation or migration is a strong plus.
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills, with a collaborative mindset and a drive for excellence.
• Strong planning, organizational, and financial capabilities coupled with sharp commercial acumen.
