Are you an experienced Primary Cover Supervisor, Teaching Assistant, Graduate, or aspiring teacher looking to gain valuable classroom experience?

Reed Education is recruiting passionate and reliable Cover Supervisors to join the supply bank of a well-established Academy Trust in Croydon. We have a range of flexible opportunities available, including both day-to-day supply and long-term placements across secondary schools within the trust.

The Role

As a Cover Supervisor, you will:

• Deliver pre-planned lessons in the absence of the class teacher
• Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment
• Support students with their learning and engagement
• Work across a variety of subjects and year groups
• Gain valuable experience within reputable secondary schools

• Experience working with young people in an educational setting
• Confident classroom management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• A proactive and adaptable approach
• Graduates, aspiring teachers, experienced TAs, HLTAs, and Cover Supervisors are all encouraged to apply
