I am inviting applications for a Private Client Lawyer to join my clients established team. This role involves managing a varied caseload including wills, probate, and lasting powers of attorney, and contributing to the growth of our private client services across East Kent. Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Manage a comprehensive caseload of private client matters, including wills, probate, and lasting powers of attorney.
• Provide high-quality legal advice and services to clients.
• Contribute to the growth and development of our private client services.
• Work collaboratively within the team to enhance client satisfaction and service delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Qualified Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive, or experienced non-admitted private client practitioner.
• Ideally 3 to 8 years of experience in private client work, although candidates with more or less experience will also be considered.
• Specialist accreditations such as STEP membership or Accredited Lifetime Lawyer status are highly desirable.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Commitment to professional growth and development.
