🚨 FIT OUT PROJECT MANAGER | CITY OF LONDON 🚨 I'm currently recruiting for a Fit Out Project Manager to join a leading contractor delivering a large healthcare scheme in the City of London. This is a major, technically complex project with significant fit-out, MEP and specialist package requirements. 📍 City of London 🏗️ Large Healthcare Scheme 💰 £90,000 – £100,000 + package 📅 Immediate start available 👥 7–8 direct reports The role The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the fit-out delivery, managing a multidisciplinary team and coordinating key subcontractor packages. Key responsibilities include: ✅ Lead and manage the fit-out programme ✅ Manage and delegate effectively across a team of 7–8 ✅ Coordinate subcontractors, consultants and key stakeholders ✅ Manage major MEP and drylining packages ✅ Maintain programme, quality, H&S and delivery standards ✅ Work closely with site, design and procurement teams ✅ Good understanding of MEP and building services If you're currently a Project Manager within the bespoke/high-end commercial fit-out sector and are considering a move into healthcare or life sciences, I'd also be very interested in speaking with you.
