🚀 Junior QA Engineer | London | Up to £40,000 - Up to 3 years experience I'm working on a brilliant opportunity for a Junior QA Engineer who is looking for a role where they can genuinely develop their testing career. This isn't a position where you're expected to already be an automation expert. The team is looking for someone with strong manual testing fundamentals, excellent attention to detail and, most importantly, the curiosity and drive to keep learning. You'll be working closely with the development team, helping ensure the quality of products across web, tablet and mobile, with exposure to: 🧪 Manual, functional, regression, smoke & sanity testing 🔗 API testing using Postman 🐛 Identifying, documenting and managing defects through Jira 📱 Cross-browser & cross-device testing 🚀 Supporting staging, UAT and software releases 🤖 Learning test automation with Cypress 💡 Developing your knowledge of AI-assisted testing ⚡ Exposure to performance/load testing and CI/CD They're open to candidates with up to 3 years of QA experience, as well as strong entry-level candidates who can demonstrate solid testing fundamentals and a real interest in QA. Experience with tools such as Jira, Postman, TestRail or Confluence would be beneficial, while any exposure to Cypress, Selenium, JavaScript or Python is a bonus rather than an absolute requirement. The biggest thing they're looking for is someone who takes ownership.
