Client Relationship Manager

We're looking for an experienced administrators with a solid personal wealth background to take genuine ownership of a client portfolio and be the name our client's trust. What you'll be doing:

• managing and administering a portfolio personal wealth clients
• building strong relationships with clients, listening carefully to identify their needs and ensuring they're always well looked after
• handling client queries promptly and professionally, resolving issues with accuracy and care
• partnering with consultants to keep client accounts running smoothly - from preparing documents and managing workflows to coordinating meetings and following up on actions
• supporting vulnerable clients in line with internal guidelines, ensuring their interests are always protected What we're looking for:
• solid experience in financial services, specifically in personal wealth management - this is essential, not optional.
