  • Monitor the accuracy, completeness and consistency of claims data.
  • Identify duplicate, missing, inconsistent or unusual records.
  • Investigate data anomalies and work with operational and technical teams to resolve them.
  • Develop data validation and quality-control checks.
  • Maintain clear definitions for key metrics and reporting measures.
  • Support data governance and reporting standards across the business.  4.Dashboard & MI Development
  • Develop and maintain dashboards using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Python or similar.
  • Automate recurring reports wherever possible.
  • Create clear visualisations that allow stakeholders to understand performance quickly.
  • Ensure dashboards and reports are based on accurate and appropriately controlled data.
  • Continuously improve management information based on stakeholder requirements.  5.Forecasting & Insight
  • Analyse historical claims data to identify trends and patterns.
  • Support claims-volume forecasting and operational planning.

  • Work closely with Claims Operations, Finance, Compliance, IT and senior management.
  • Understand business questions and translate them into appropriate analytical requirements.

  • Challenge assumptions where the available data indicates a different conclusion.
  • Support management with ad hoc analysis and business questions.  Key Skills & Experience  Essential:
  • Experience in a Data Analyst, MI Analyst, Business Analyst or similar analytical role.
  • Strong Excel skills and experience working with large datasets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Highly organised and detail oriented.
  • Commercially aware and focused on business outcomes.
  • Comfortable working with large and complex datasets.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet reporting deadlines.

  • Confident communicating analytical findings to senior stakeholders.
  • Able to balance technical accuracy with practical business requirements.   What We Offer
  • Competitive salary and benefits package.
  • Professional development and training.
  • Exposure to large-scale operational and financial datasets.
