Production Manager

Are you an experienced Production Manager with a background in food manufacturing or fresh produce? We're looking for a hands-on leader to manage our Citrus production operation at Alconbury, overseeing two shifts and driving performance across the site. In this role, you'll lead and develop Shift Managers, ensuring production plans are delivered while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, hygiene and efficiency. You'll also take ownership of production KPIs, cost control, waste reduction and continuous improvement, using LEAN tools to drive operational performance. We're looking for someone with proven production management experience, ideally within food manufacturing or fresh produce, who has experience leading managers across multiple shifts. Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills are essential, alongside a passion for developing teams and improving processes.
