Who Are We? We are Thompsons Group, offering three key service lines: Thompson Tree Services: Arboricultural contracting & vegetation management. Thompson Consultancy: Ecological and arboricultural surveys & consultancy. Thompson Environment: Landscaping, tree planting, and fencing. What you'll do: As our Contracts Manager, you'll be at the heart of our business operations. You'll lead contracts, projects and arboricultural works to success by:

• Managing projects from start to finish.
• Managing the day to day operations of contracts.
• Estimating arboricultural works.
• Planning and deploying teams.
• Conducting audits, safety briefings and consultations.
• Building lasting client relationships. What we're looking for: You're a confident and proactive team player with strong organisational skills. Here's what will make you stand out:

• Experience in estimating and managing arboricultural works.
• IT proficiency, including Microsoft Office and ERP systems.

• Confidence liaising with people.
