Litigation Solicitor / FCILEx Salary: Up to £60,000 DOE Bristol or Cardiff | Hybrid working and remote/occasional travel options A Tier 1 legal 500 recognised, national law firm is looking to recruit a Contract & Commercial Litigation Solicitor/FCILEx to join its established Litigation team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience handling their own litigation caseload who is looking to work on a varied range of contractual and commercial disputes, with exposure to both claimant and defendant matters. The team handles a mixture of Legal Expenses Insurance and privately funded work, including complex and high-value commercial instructions. The Role You will manage your own caseload of mainly Fast, Intermediate and Multi-Track litigation matters, dealing with a variety of contractual disputes including:

• Commercial and consumer contract disputes
• Misrepresentation claims
• Professional negligence
• Construction disputes
• Disputes arising from the sale of goods and services
• Building contract disputes
• Other contractual and commercial litigation You will act for both Claimants and Defendants, giving you the opportunity to develop a broad and varied litigation practice. Key Responsibilities
• Managing your own caseload from instruction through to resolution
• Handling Fast, Intermediate and Multi-Track claims
• Advising individual and commercial clients
• Dealing with clients by telephone and face-to-face
