🚀 WE'RE HIRING: DATA ANALYST TECHNICAL TRAINER 📍 London / Hybrid | 💷 £40,000–£45,000 | 🕐 37.5 hours Are you an experienced Data Analyst who loves sharing your knowledge and helping others build real-world technical skills? We're looking for a Data Analyst Technical Trainer to join a growing training team, delivering engaging Data Analytics programmes across Level 3 & Level 4 Apprenticeships and Bootcamps. This is more than a training role — you'll be a trainer, mentor and coach, helping learners develop their technical skills and confidently apply them through projects and portfolios. 💻 What you'll be delivering You'll need strong technical knowledge across areas including:

• Excel
• Access
• R
• SQL
• Power BI
• Tableau
• Azure Data Fundamentals 🎯 What you'll be doing
• Deliver engaging, interactive technical training
• Support and mentor learners throughout their programmes
• Adapt training for remote and classroom environments
• Develop lesson plans, learning resources and training materials
• Assess learner progress and provide effective feedback
• Help learners build evidence through projects and portfolios
• Identify individual learning needs and adapt your approach
• Work with curriculum and delivery teams to continually improve the learning experience 👀 We're looking for someone who has:
• Strong Data Analytics / technical industry experience
• A passion for developing people and sharing knowledge
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Experience supporting learner progression
• The ability to make technical subjects engaging and accessible
