2nd Line Support Engineer

Hi everyone, We are currently looking for a 2nd Line IT Support Engineer to join our team based in NW4, North West London. We are looking for someone with solid hands-on IT support experience who is comfortable supporting users both remotely and onsite at client locations. You should have good experience with Microsoft 365, Windows, Active Directory/Entra ID, networking, hardware troubleshooting and general desktop support. Experience working within an MSP environment would be a big advantage. This is a full-time, office-based position and you will also be required to travel to client sites when needed. Ideally, you should live no more than around an hour's commute from NW4. You must already have the right to work in the UK. Unfortunately, we are not able to offer visa sponsorship for this position.
