IT Service Manager | £80,000–£90,000 | London I'm looking for an experienced IT Service Manager to join a well-established technology team in a critical financial infrastructure firm. This is a broad ITSM role, best suited to someone who enjoys getting under the skin of how technology and services work. You'll be working across:
- Service management
- Incident management
- Problem management
- Major/complex technology services
- Working closely with technology teams and business stakeholders The technology environment is sophisticated and high-profile, including responsibility for some of the organisation's core electronic trading technology.
- You'll be someone who is naturally curious, technically capable and comfortable asking questions and getting to the root of problems.
- You don't need to be a developer or write code, but you should have a good understanding of how technology fits together and be able to have credible conversations with technical teams.
- I'm particularly interested in people with broad ITSM experience across service, incident and problem management. This isn't a role for someone whose experience is predominantly incident management. Salary: £80,000–£90,000 The role is based in central London, with three days a week in the office, 9am–6pm. There's also a 1-in-4 on-call rota, although call-outs are relatively infrequent. If you're an experienced IT Service Manager looking for a role where you'll be trusted with genuinely important technology, I'd be very happy to hear from you.
