• Design, manage and execute Market Regulations programmes for EMEA and APAC
• Develop policy interpretations and implement procedural guidance
• Coordinate change management initiatives and ensure timely communication of updates
• Partner with stakeholders to automate policy rules and support effective operational frameworks
• Facilitate testing processes and ensure compliance with audit requirements What You Bring
• Strong understanding of EMEA and global market regulations
• Proven track record in programme or project management within financial services
• Experience in regulatory change implementation and operational risk management
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Ability to manage complex, multi-region projects effectively
