Location: Kent

Salary: Up to £43,000

Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm

Contract: Permanent

Working Pattern: Hybrid (4 days in the office)

We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join a growing consultancy, providing HR support and advice to a diverse client base across multiple sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert HR advice on employee relations matters.
• Manage disciplinary, grievance, capability, redundancy, TUPE, and appeal cases.
• Chair investigations, hearings, and formal meetings.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Draft contracts, policies, letters, and HR documentation.
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation and HR best practice.
• Support process improvements and maintain accurate records.

About You:

• Previous experience in a generalist HR role.
• Consultancy experience is essential.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and employee relations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• CIPD qualification desirable.
