Senior DevOps Engineer

The Role

• Be a subject matter expert in underlying technologies, providing detailed technical support for developers.
• Contribute to modernising DevOps practices through automation and AI-assisted engineering capabilities.
• Design, implement, and lead CI/CD pipelines (GitLab, Jenkins).
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management (Ansible, Terraform).
• Develop and maintain containerised applications (Docker, Kubernetes, EKS, AKS) and implement cloud infrastructure (AWS).
• Mentor and guide team members, driving POCs and onboarding new tools, including AI-assisted development and intelligent automation. What You'll Need
• Strong hands-on experience in DevOps and Cloud technologies, with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent.
• Expertise with CI/CD pipelines (GitLab preferred), Ansible, Terraform, and YAML-based pipelines.
• Proficient in AWS cloud infrastructure and scripting (Shell/PowerShell, Python advantageous).
• Experience with Agile/Scrum practices and troubleshooting across development, testing, and production environments.
• Knowledge of SQL/PL-SQL optimisation, familiarity with Control-M or scheduling tools, and experience in financial services environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with exposure to AI/ML-powered tooling in software engineering or DevOps workflows. What's On Offer
