This is an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of customer-facing projects, helping organisations modernise their IT environments through Microsoft 365, Azure, security. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver Microsoft 365, Azure, Modern Workplace and infrastructure projects.
• Lead discovery sessions, implementation planning and project handovers.
• Migrate customers into Microsoft 365, including email, files, collaboration and identity services.
• Implement and support Azure, Windows Server and hybrid cloud environments.
• Configure and deploy Intune, Autopilot, Entra ID and endpoint security solutions.
• Work with networking technologies including firewalls, VPNs, wireless and switching.
• Produce technical documentation, implementation plans and handover documents.
• Collaborate with customers, suppliers and internal teams throughout project delivery.
• Identify risks and provide practical solutions to ensure successful outcomes.
• Support and mentor junior engineers where required. Experience
• Previous experience within an MSP, IT consultancy or customer-facing technical role.
• Strong Microsoft 365 administration experience.
• Expertise with Azure and hybrid infrastructure environments.
• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID, MFA and Conditional Access.
• Knowledge of Intune, Autopilot, endpoint management and device security.
• Windows Server and Active Directory experience.
• Understanding of networking technologies including VPNs, switches, routers and firewalls.
• Strong documentation, communication and customer-facing skills.
• Commercial awareness and ability to manage project scope and priorities.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
