Senior Programme Manager - Regulatory Operations

• Contract: 12 months
• Location: London
• Salary: £85k- £88k pa We're looking for an experienced Programme Manager / Regulatory Operations Manager to lead complex, high-impact programmes across international markets. This role will suit someone who has successfully delivered cross-functional programmes and has strong experience working directly with Product and/or Product Engineering teams. What you'll be doing:
• Lead complex programmes from strategy through to execution
• Partner closely with Product and Product Engineering teams to deliver scalable solutions
• Coordinate stakeholders across Operations, Data, Legal, Policy and other business functions
• Translate regulatory and operational requirements into clear programme plans
• Identify risks, analyse data and drive programme improvements
• Communicate progress, challenges and outcomes to senior stakeholders What we're looking for:
• 7+ years' experience in Programme Management, Operations, Management Consulting or Regulatory Operations
• Previous experience working closely with Product and/or Product Engineering teams
• Proven experience owning and delivering complex cross-functional programmes
• Strong stakeholder management, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
• Regulatory/compliance experience is advantageous, but not essential
• SQL knowledge is a plus
