- Efficient management of the development process from inception stage through to completion; using appropriate procurement methods and effective contract, cost and project management techniques.
- Provision of advice, information and reports to the Senior Leadership Team in preparation of the same on to the Board and Committees in connection with this role.
- To appoint, lead and manage a team of professional consultants for the design and delivery of development projects.
- To build effective relationships using a project team approach with internal colleagues, external stakeholders, professional consultants and developers, to ensure timely delivery of homes across a range of tenures.
