Business Development and Marketing Manager

Location: Hong Kong. Face-to-face work is mandatory most of the time.  Employment: Full-time preferred; flexible arrangements considered Acoustics Innovation Limited (AIL) and Jabez Innovation Limited (JIL) are Hong Kong-based technology companies developing and commercialising patented solutions in environmental noise control and railway noise/vibration engineering.

• SilentUP — a patented high-performance noise barrier system for environmental and infrastructure noise control
• CorruGuard — a patented railway corrugation suppression technology designed to control rail vibration, corrugation growth and associated noise With proven commercial success in Hong Kong and Singapore, we are preparing for international expansion and looking for a hands-on professional to unify our brand platform and drive global growth. Key Responsibilities:
• Consolidate product portfolios, branding, and marketing materials across both companies.
• Formulate international positioning and growth strategies for SilentUP and CorruGuard.
• Manage digital channels (Website, LinkedIn, YouTube) and produce technical marketing collateral (case studies, videos, presentations).
• Identify and secure overseas customers, distributors, agents, and project partnerships.
• Support international exhibitions, industry publications, and business development initiatives.
• Translate complex engineering innovations into compelling B2B commercial messages in coordination with our technical team.
• Assist management with corporate restructuring, integration, and future capital-market/IPO preparation. What We Are Looking For:
• Commercially minded, organized, and independent self-starter who enjoys working closely with founders and engineers.
• Experience in B2B marketing, infrastructure, railway, environmental tech, or international business development is a strong advantage.
