Trader Voice Support Engineer

:

• Resource delivers end point testing against all premium voice and standard voice services for ad-hoc testing, RFB completion and issue investigation. Resource additionally provides feature / functionality testing for IPC, Speakerbus and cloud 9 technology.
• Provide software & hardware support as per direction of client management or project guidelines. b. Maintain transaction & asset records. c. Update knowledge documentation as needed.
• The primary focus of the trader voice support role is to provide frontline support to the client's voice operations team and themselves within the team.
• Within the remit is ensuring good staff relations and discipline. The need to maintain a focused, committed, and stable team is recognized and marked as a priority.
