Data Analyst - Online Luxury Retail Company - Up to £150,000 You stop producing dashboards and start shaping the decisions that drive a $10 billion business into new markets. This company sells premium goods direct from manufacturers, cutting out the middleman entirely. That model has fuelled 130% year-on-year growth and a huge US success story. Now they are building out across Europe, and your work sits at the heart of that expansion. You join a cross-functional storefront team working directly alongside product, engineering and merchandising. You are not a reporting function here. You run hands-on analysis, build predictive models, design and interpret A/B tests, and translate what you find into real commercial and product decisions. When a new market launches, you are the person identifying what drives conversion, what shapes customer behaviour, and what the team should prioritise next. The company is deeply data-led. A significant proportion of their people are analysts, and there is a genuine appetite for AI and predictive modelling at every level. You are not pushing for a seat at the table. You already have one. You define success metrics, uncover growth opportunities and help determine what gets built and when. The influence is real and the visibility is international. To do this well, you are strong in SQL and bring senior-level experience in analytical roles, ideally within a fast-moving commercial environment. You have done this kind of work before and you want more scope to do it properly. The role is office based and comes with a salary of up to £150,000, unlimited holiday, pension, and medical and dental cover.
