Property Manager

📢 We're hiring – Property Manager | Woodstock, Oxfordshire I'm looking for a new Property Manager to join our team at Short Let Space, based in our Woodstock office. For me, this role is as much about the person as it is about previous property management experience. I'm looking for someone who is naturally good with people, extremely organised, commercially aware and, most importantly, someone who takes ownership when there's a problem and sees it through. You'll be managing your own portfolio of short-term and holiday-let properties, working closely with property owners, guests, housekeeping teams and contractors. It's a busy and varied role, so you need to be comfortable juggling several things at once and making sensible decisions without needing to be told what to do at every step. I'm also particularly keen to find someone who is comfortable with technology and interested in AI and automation. The way we manage properties is changing quickly, and I want someone who is excited about using technology to work smarter rather than being afraid of it. 🏡 Property Manager – Short Let Space 📍 Woodstock, Oxfordshire – office based 🕘 Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm 🚗 Driving licence and access to a vehicle required 📞 Periodic participation in our out-of-hours on-call rota Previous property management experience is useful, but not essential.
