Sales Administrator

: IF Solutions Ltd, one of the UK's leading suppliers of promotional merchandise, is looking for a motivated and professional individual to join our Internal Sales Administration team. Experience in this role is preferred, but not essential, as you will be given training throughout your first 6 months which will ensure you are well equipped for the role. About the Role: Working as part of our experienced sales team in Halesfield, Telford (TF7), you will:

• Liaise with clients and suppliers
• Prepare and send quotations
• Convert enquiries into orders
• Place orders with suppliers
• Provide excellent customer service and sales administration support What We're Looking For
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A confident and professional telephone manner
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
