• Deliver engaging and effective aftersales training programmes tailored to Vertu Service Advisors and Workshop Controllers
• Provide on-site dealership coaching to support performance improvement and best practice adoption
• Work closely with Divisional Aftersales Management teams to identify training needs and deliver targeted solutions
• Support new starters and existing colleagues through structured coaching and follow-up development
• Stay up to date with industry trends, systems and processes to ensure training remains relevant and effective Requirements
• Proven success in a Motor Retail PLC Service counter, as a Service Advisor or Workshop Controller is essential.
• Strong understanding of aftersales processes, customer journey, and operational performance
• Passion for developing yourself and others
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• High personal and professional standards
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving environment Logistics Based at our Darlington Training Centre, this role will also involve occasional travel to other training centres across the UK. Business-related travel outside of your normal commute to Darlington, including any required overnight accommodation, will be fully expensed.
