Role: Lead Power BI Developer (12+ Years Exp) Must-Haves:
- Experience & Mastery: 12+ years of total experience with expert-level Power BI development.
- Finance Knowledge: Strong understanding of accounting principles (CPA, ACCA, CA, or Finance Degree preferred).
- System Migration: Hands-on experience migrating reports and data models from Tableau to Power BI.
- Advanced Technical Skills: Expertise in writing complex SQL queries, complex DAX, and performance tuning.
- Modern AI Integration: Practical experience using Copilot in Power BI or AI-driven analytics workflows.
