• Financial protection advice to individual and business clients
• Assessing their needs and recommending suitable products such as life cover, critical illness, income protection, and relevant general insurance solutions.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting client consultations, gathering and analysing financial information, preparing tailored recommendations, and explaining complex protection options in a clear and accessible manner. The role also involves managing applications, liaising with providers, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards. The Protection Adviser will build and maintain long-term client relationships, follow up on enquiries, and support ongoing reviews as circumstances change. This is a full-time remote role, requiring effective self-management, proactive communication, and collaboration with colleagues and the wider Openwork network.
