50 th Anniversary Director Job Type:

• 50 th Anniversary Director – 4 or 5 days a week, by agreement (37.5 hours/week full time)
• Two-year fixed-term contract with a one-year mutually agreeable extension option

Line Management: Line managed by the CEO Salary & Annual Leave:

• £50,000-£55,000 (depending on experience) per year full-time equivalent, plus standard pension contributions
• 28 Days annual leave, 8 bank holidays and 4 days festive closure offered (adjusted pro-rata) Start Date: As soon as possible Shortlist Notification: By or on 16 October 2026 Interviews: Weeks beginning 19 th and 26 th October (in person at Somerset House) Location:
• London or London-adjacent base required.
• Some travel will be required with reasonable expenses reimbursed, as well as some evening and weekend events (for which time off in lieu will be agreed).
• Desk space available at our Somerset House office.
• Flexible working, with core hours of 10am to 3pm.
