Role Highlights

• Core Focus: Bridge insurance business stakeholders (servicing, claims, purchasing) with data and tech delivery teams to translate requirements into clear data specifications, workflows, and functional specs.
• Key Experience: 8+ years as a Data/Insurance BA with deep knowledge of insurance operations (policy admin, claims management, purchasing/procurement, and source-to-target data flows). Mandatory Requirements:
• Languages: Cantonese (mandatory for local stakeholder engagement) and strong English.
• Agile & Tools: Hands-on Scrum experience and proficiency with JIRA/Confluence for user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog refinement.
• Technical: Strong SQL skills for data profiling, validation, reconciliation, and source-to-target mapping. Primary Responsibilities:
• Drive data migration, quality validation, and operational reconciliation across platforms.
• Facilitate workshops, requirement walkthroughs, and UAT coordination.
• Identify data gaps, process issues, and control risks across claims and servicing workflows.
• Preferred Tech & Background: Exposure to systems like Life Asia/Group Asia, data warehouses, and insurance digital/claims transformation projects.
