My client is looking for a motivated and ambitious Junior Account Manager to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with some experience in sales, business development, customer service, financial services, or insurance who is looking to take the next step in their career.

You will be responsible for managing and developing your own portfolio of clients, building relationships, identifying opportunities, and supporting business growth. Full training and ongoing support will be provided, making this a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to learn and progress.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Develop and manage a sales pipeline
• Contact prospective clients and identify new business opportunities
• Manage and grow an existing portfolio of accounts
• Conduct client reviews and follow-up calls
• Work towards individual and team targets
• Provide a high level of customer service and support

About You

• Some experience in sales, business development, account management, customer service, financial services, or insurance
• Confident communicating with people over the phone and via email
• Driven, determined, and eager to learn
• Strong relationship-building skills
• Organised with good attention to detail
• Looking for a long-term career within Financial Services
