Treasury Manager

Location: Oxfordshire (hybrid) Salary: Competitive The Opportunity Mackie Myers is partnering with a growing retail organisation to recruit a Treasury Manager. Reporting to the Group Treasurer, you will help manage the Group's funding, liquidity and day-to-day treasury operations while improving the systems and controls that support an expanding business. This is a broad role for someone who enjoys combining analysis with hands-on delivery. Responsibilities

• Review short-term cash forecasts, identify trends and help ensure the Group has sufficient liquidity.
• Review intercompany funding requests and maintain related agreements in partnership with tax and legal teams.
• Oversee banking relationships, documentation and trade finance requirements.
• Support daily cash positioning and treasury operations across the Group.
• Prepare treasury reporting and analysis for senior leadership.
• Strengthen treasury controls and support the implementation and ongoing improvement of the Treasury Management System. The Successful Candidate You will bring previous treasury experience, ideally within a multinational environment. It would be advantageous if you have completed your ACT qualification. Why Join?
