Data Analyst

The Role

• Analyse financial and operational data to provide actionable insights for business performance and strategic decision-making.
• Prepare and analyse monthly, quarterly, and annual financial performance reports, identifying variances, trends, and drivers.
• Monitor key financial and operational metrics, including service delivery efficiency, utilisation rates, and customer satisfaction.
• Identify operational bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Conduct cost-benefit analyses for operational initiatives and support business case development.
• Maintain and enhance reporting systems, dashboards, and data visualisation tools, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. What You'll Need
• 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, management accounting, or business analysis, ideally within a service organisation.
• Demonstrated track record of delivering impactful insights that influenced business decisions.
• Advanced Excel proficiency, including pivot tables, complex formulas, and data modeling.
• Experience with business intelligence and visualisation tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Understanding of financial statements, management accounting principles, and cost analysis.
