Interim Finance Controller

Interim Finance Controller (12-Month Contract) Private Equity-Backed Business Location: London MB2809 We are partnering with a high-growth, operationally complex, private equity-backed organisation to appoint an Interim Finance Controller for a 12-month engagement. This is a key role within the finance team, supporting the business through a period of continued growth, acquisition activity and transformation. The successful candidate will have a strong background in Financial Controller or similar roles, with experience across group reporting, consolidation, financial control and statutory reporting within a complex organisation. Experience within multi-site, manufacturing, industrial services, engineering, logistics, facilities management or other operationally intensive businesses is highly desirable. Key responsibilities will include managing the group consolidation process, supporting post-acquisition integration and reporting, leading the annual audit process, overseeing statutory reporting and strengthening financial controls across the business. The role will also support the production of accurate and timely management and board reporting. This opportunity would suit a hands-on Finance Controller who is comfortable operating in a fast-paced, PE-backed environment, with strong technical accounting and reporting experience, alongside the ability to work closely with senior stakeholders across the business.
