You will collaborate with other squads to troubleshoot issues, share knowledge, and develop solutions that enhance overall efficiency. As part of a rota, you will provide in-hours support to engineers, assisting with deployment problems, pipeline failures, or unfamiliar technical challenges. Your debugging skills, patience, and ability to deliver timely solutions will be vital to maintaining operational stability. Additionally, you will actively seek opportunities to improve existing systems, introduce best practices, and mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.
