Role Description The Assistant role at Amber Bakery is a full-time, on-site position based in Peterborough. The Assistant supports daily bakery operations, including helping with preparation of ingredients, organizing supplies, and maintaining a clean and safe work area. Responsibilities may include packaging products, labeling items, assisting with inventory checks, and ensuring orders are ready for distribution. The role involves close collaboration with bakers and other team members to meet production schedules and quality standards.
