• Salary: £39,935.00 per annum + £500 retention bonus (paid after successful 6-month probation)
• Shifts: 4:00 am – 14:00 pm, Monday to Friday and every other Saturday morning (4:00am to 10:00am for Saturdays).
• Hours: 45 hours per week
• Overtime: Available including weekends, 1.5x Monday to Saturday
• Bank Holidays: 4 of 8 worked at double time + day in lieu About The Role What will I be doing?
• Driving and operating HGV vehicles safely and efficiently
• Collecting commercial and industrial waste across local routes
• Loading bins and supporting operational tasks where required
• Delivering excellent customer service on every route
• Following all health and safety regulations and procedures What are the requirements?
• Valid Class 2 (Category C) licence and CPC card (essential requirement)
• Strong communication skills and a team-focused approach
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn new vehicle types
• Ability to work independently, including lone working and loading duties
