Asbestos Surveyor

Asbestos Surveyor | Haringey, North London We are recruiting for an experienced Asbestos Surveyor to join an established and growing asbestos consultancy, working across a long term social housing contract in Haringey and the surrounding North London area. This is an excellent opportunity for a P402 qualified Surveyor looking for a secure permanent position, consistent local work and the opportunity to join a supportive business with a strong pipeline of projects. The Role You will be responsible for carrying out a range of asbestos surveys across occupied and void social housing properties, including:

• Management surveys
• Refurbishment surveys
• Demolition surveys
• Re inspections and targeted surveys
• Bulk sampling in line with current legislation
• Producing accurate and detailed survey reports
• Liaising professionally with residents, clients and site teams
• Ensuring all work is completed in accordance with HSG264 and company procedures What We're Looking For
• BOHS P402 qualification
• Previous experience working as an Asbestos Surveyor
• Social housing or residential surveying experience would be highly beneficial
• Strong understanding of HSG264
• Confident working independently across occupied properties
• Good communication and reporting skills
