Building Surveyor

Are you an experienced Building Surveyor looking for a role where your technical expertise, professional judgement and client skills are genuinely valued? You'll be working across a varied portfolio of instructions, including:

• Building Surveys, - Schedules of Dilapidations - Defect Diagnosis - Specifications & Schedules of Works - Tender Analysis - Party Wall Act administration - Working with Block Managers and Managing Agents - Contract Administration You'll be responsible for providing sound professional advice, managing client expectations and ensuring every instruction is delivered to a high professional standard. The successful individual will possess the following:
• Experienced within a Building Surveying environment
• Ideally MRICS or AssocRICS qualified
• A confident communicator with excellent client-facing skills
• Empathetic, patient and able to put clients at ease
• Highly organised with strong time-management skills
• Self-motivated and comfortable managing a demanding workload
• Commercially aware and focused on delivering excellent service
• A strong team player who enjoys working collaboratively
