You'll provide trusted advice to managers, manage a range of employee relations cases and have the opportunity to influence how we support our people across Childbase. We're looking for someone with strong employee relations experience, a good working knowledge of UK employment law and the confidence to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
