The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of industrial automation technologies, network communication, and protocols, along with excellent communication skills to translate complex concepts into practical learning experiences. As a Training Engineer you will…
• Develop and deliver training programs on automation control systems, including PLCs, SCADA, HMIs, and related technologies.
• Create training materials such as manuals, presentations, and hands-on exercises tailored to different skill levels.
• Train on industrial network communication and protocols, including Ethernet/IP, Modbus, Profibus, Profinet, and TCP/IP.
• Assess trainee performance and provide feedback to ensure competency in system operation and troubleshooting. About You… Have a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or related field. Proven experience with industrial automation systems (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Schneider, etc.) Strong understanding of control logic, instrumentation, industrial networking, and communication protocols.
