WPF Desktop Developer Guildford/ Hybrid £50–60K + Benefits An exciting opportunity to join an innovative software team developing digital mapping and transport solutions for B2B and B2C customers. We're looking for a WPF Desktop Developer with 3+ years' experience — or a strong portfolio — with a solid background in C#/.NET, WPF and MVVM. Tech stack:
- C# / .NET / WPF
- MVVM & Object-Oriented Development
- Entity Framework & SQL Server
- Dependency Injection
- NUnit & Moq
- Git / Agile / Scrum You'll be:
- Building and maintaining features within a WPF desktop application
- Working with interactive mapping and data visualisation
- Developing algorithms and new analysis features
- Writing unit tests and maintaining code quality
- Collaborating with developers in an Agile/Scrum environment
- Desirable: GIS/mapping experience, ThinkGeo/Esri/MapInfo/GDAL, transport data formats such as GTFS or TransXChange, spatial analysis, Azure DevOps and CI/CD.
