Talent Acquisition Manager

• Own high-volume hiring end-to-end for the Operations function, including roles in Complaints, Fraud, Financial Crime, and Customer Operations.
• Manage a small team of Talent Partners supporting Operations hiring.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to build and maintain strong, consistent talent pipelines.
• Adapt recruitment processes to navigate a fast-paced, scaling environment with shifting priorities.
• Leverage technology, including AI and automation, to streamline hiring and enhance candidate experience.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies to identify untapped talent pools. What You'll Need
• Proven experience in line managing a small team of Talent Partners while maintaining individual contributor responsibilities.
• Prior experience in hiring for Operations roles or managing high-volume recruitment campaigns.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to build relationships and influence outcomes.
• A data-driven approach, utilizing analytics to improve hiring processes and reporting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences.
• Experience integrating AI into daily recruitment workflows.
